Guide to playing online craps
To begin a game of craps, throw the dice like the other players and then, depending on the outcome of your dice throw, place your individual bets. It is simple and a very exciting online casino game. This is perhaps one of the few online casino games in which you get a chance to have a stake in the outcome of the bet you lay.
The Pass Line - the First Bet: Before tossing the dice, bet money and place it on the Pass Line on the online craps table. This is what's called an even bet. Now, you have a choice: make a Pass Line or make a Don't Pass Bet. Now, you're ready to roll the dice.
The Come Out Roll: At this stage, the dice is rolled for the first time. It is played when you toss both the dice at the start of the game. If the dice lands on 7 or 11 in the first roll, you win if you place your bet on the Pass Line win, but you lose if you place your bet on the Don't Pass Line. If your dice lands on 2, 3 or 12, and bets are placed on the Pass Line, you lose and this is called "Craps." If, however, you place bets on 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10, you get a "Point."
After a point is established: Once you roll a point number, you can toss the dice yet again. If you roll a 7 followed by the point number, you stand to lose all bets on the Pass Line but win bets on the Don't Pass Line.
However, if you roll the point number followed by a 7, you win all bets on the Pass Line but not on those on the Don't Pass Line. You can continue to roll numbers until you reach any of the outcomes mentioned above.
Changing turns: You win at online Craps if you roll a 7/11 at the stage of the Come Out roll or if you get the same outcome for two consecutive rolls of the dice. But if you roll 2, 3, or 12 at the stage of the Come Out roll, you lose. You also lose if after rolling the point, you go on to roll a 7.
In either case, you allow the game to pass on to the player on your right. This new player will roll the Come Out roll and this situation continues whenever a new player is introduced, with the movement of players turning in clockwise direction at the craps table.
Betting on the Pass Line: At the stage of the Come Out roll, you must lay your bet at least at the table minimum. Once the point is established, the Pass Line containing the bet place cannot be removed.
Betting on the Don't Pass Line: Here, you must lay your bet at the table minimum or above. It can be removed at any stage of the game even after establishing the point.
Free odds bets: This is the most lucrative to you as here the house does not have an advantage over you. After you place your first bet on the Pass Line and have made a point, you can place free odds bets. You can place it behind the Pass Line.
