Grosvenor United Kingdom Poker Tour 2008 gets underway in Brighton

The GUKPT is the UK's largest poker tour, consisting of ten major poker festivals taking place at Grosvenor and Casinos across the country. The famous and popular 10-Leg Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Starts 14th Jan 2008. The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) 2008 gets into full swing with the first stop of the 10-leg tour from Brighton.

GUKPT sponsors Blue Square Poker have financed £200,000 to the tour, including a £75,000 Champion of Champions tournament and £30,000 in prize money for the Leader board (rankings).

GUKPT starts with £100+£10 no-limit hold'em double chance freeze out, while the £1,060 no-limit hold'em four-day main event kicks of on 17th Jan 2008.
